IdeaPark Terms of Use

• Use IdeaPark only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, ideas, or data that are not your own.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend except as permitted by law.
• Do not use the app to store or transmit unlawful content.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (or your Apple account) secure and for activity under your IdeaPark account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• Keep your own backups of ideas that matter to you — you can export everything as Markdown at any time.

You retain ownership of the ideas and content you enter into IdeaPark. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service — including sending your idea text to third-party AI providers when you have AI processing enabled — and for no other purpose. We do not use your ideas to train AI models, and we never sell them.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature — including accounts, AI research, and subscription features — at any time, with or without notice. We may update the app to fix issues or add functionality.

IdeaParkis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG Software Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of IdeaPark.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

IdeaPark relies on third-party services, including Apple (Sign in with Apple and App Store billing), RevenueCat, and AI providers such as Anthropic and Google. Your use of those features may also be subject to those third parties' terms.

If you obtained IdeaParkthrough a third-party app marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), that platform’s terms also apply to your download and use of the app.

You may stop using IdeaPark at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of IdeaPark after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

IdeaPark Builder is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account; it renews until canceled, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Parking ideas is always free; deep intelligence features are paid. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to subscriptions purchased through the App Store. AI-generated reports and scores are informational only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional, legal, financial, or business advice — they are not a guarantee of any idea's success, and decisions you make based on them are your own.
